The RoboVac 11S belongs to a group of very similar eufy models released in 2018 and
2019: the RoboVac 30,
30C, 35C
and 15C. All of them have between 1,300 and
1,500 Pa of suction, they share the same 2,600 mAh battery and 600 ml
dustbin, and none of them has mapping or navigation. That is why “11S vs 30C”
and “11S vs 30” are among the most common searches for this model. These are
members of one family, not rivals. In 2019 the same body got “Max” versions
(11S Max,
15C Max,
30C Max) with 2,000 Pa.
The Pa figure on paper doesn’t tell the whole story. In RTINGS’ lab tests
(page updated in 2025), the 1,300 Pa 11S did “much better” than the
1,500 Pa 30C, and the gap was widest on carpet. The 11S also beat the 15C on bare
floors and low-pile carpet. The 15C came out slightly ahead only on high-pile carpet.
Today’s eufy models come with app support. The 11S never had an app. It runs on
the included remote control and a single auto-clean button. That was normal for a 2018
budget robot: back then, setting schedules or no-go zones from an app wasn’t as
common as it is now.
On suction, its 1,300 Pa puts it 15th among the
15 eufy models currently on sale. The most basic active models, the
G20 and G40 Plus, are
at 2,500 Pa, and the E25 and
E28 Omni flagships reach 20,000 Pa.

Height and noise are where it still holds up. Its 7.2 cm body puts it among
the lowest of the 203 models in today’s active catalog, with
only Coredy R550 Ultra lower. RTINGS also notes that it slips easily
under couches and tables. At 55 dBA it is on the quiet end too, ranking
10th of the 65 active models with noise data.

The closest thing to the 11S in today’s lineup is the
C10. It keeps the same 7.2 cm body and adds app
support, 4,000 Pa of suction and a self-emptying station. If you’d rather skip
the station, the G20 offers 2,500 Pa along with an app and mopping.
Highlights from user reviews
On Australia’s ProductReview.com.au, the 11S has 31 user reviews with an average
of 3.6 out of 5. Opinions are mixed:
- A few owners say it runs quietly and is easy to set up and maintain. One writes
that it cost about a fifth to a quarter of what flashier models do.
- The most common complaint is noise. Two owners say it later started making an
“extremely loud” suction noise or a “horrible screeching
noise” while vacuuming.
- The battery comes up as a weak point. One owner’s robot eventually ran out
of power in under five minutes.
- One owner complains about the flashing lights and multiple beeping modes, and
another says it gets stuck on things like power cables.
The missing app comes up on Reddit too. In an r/homeassistant thread, an owner who is
“generally still very happy” with the 11S wants to start and stop it from Home
Assistant. A reply points out that the 11S remote is an RF (radio frequency) remote, so
one option is an RF transmitter set up to send the same commands. The other is a button
presser such as a SwitchBot.
RTINGS reaches a similar conclusion. Maintenance is a chore because many parts need
regular replacement, and it struggles to pick up hair on bare floors.
For someone who doesn’t need an app and wants a low, quiet robot that fits under
furniture, the 11S still does the job. In RTINGS’ tests it also cleaned better than
its 30C and 15C siblings.
