3rd, trailing Mova V70 Ultra Complete and Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete.

- Many users, especially those dealing with pet mess, are extremely satisfied with the
mop performance. Some describe it as the best robot vacuum they have ever owned.
- There is a recurring reliability issue: after a software update, the device loses
connection or becomes completely unresponsive, sometimes requiring a factory reset or
warranty claim. It doesn’t affect everyone, but it comes up repeatedly.
- Getting stuck in low-clearance areas like kitchen cabinets, and a “bouncing”/
snagging behavior on some types of carpets, are frequent complaints. This problem is not
reported in homes with entirely hard floors.
- We also came across a complaint that the disposable dust bag inside the dock is
small (not the robot’s own bin, but the one inside the dock). This could be
annoying for households with multiple pets that shed a lot.
